CRESPIN-KHOU -- Cecilia (Cece) Crespin-Khou, 33, was called home by our Heavenly Father on Thursday, April 23, 2009, after a four-year courageous battle with cancer, which she fought tooth and nail and always with a smile on her face. Cecilia is survived by her loving husband Meng Khou, who never left her side; loving son Vincent Crespin; parents Cecil and Leticia Crespin; brother Mark Crespin, nephew Luke whom she adored; Grandma Eulalia Leyba; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Macedonio Leyba, Rose Baker, and Frank Crespin, Sr. Cecilia who was loved by all who were blessed to know her and will be truly missed. She fought hard and never showed her pain and was ready with a smile on her face to console us rather than give into her pain. Thank you Dr. Meera and Dr. Dayao who not only gave her the best professional care and support but also came to truly know and love her personally, not just as a patient but as a friend. Thank you to her Chemo nurse Kathy who always managed to make us laugh. Her pharmacist Marcus (you're the best) and to all the wonderful doctors, nurses, receptionists, and staff at Lovelace Oncology and Lovelace Hospital who not only provided the best care but also demonstrated their love and support to Cecilia and her family. Thank you Auntie Yoli and cousin Liz for helping care for her day and night during her final days. Pallbearers will be Vincent Crespin, Mark Crespin, Ron Crespin, Andy Leyba, Ray Leyba, Rudy Abeyta. Honorary Pallbearers will be; Alex Teymoori, Eric Leyba, Andrew Leyba, John Sandoval, Mike Rivera and Michael Leyba. A visitation will be held beginning at 6:00 p.m., at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Sunday, April 26, 2009, and Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m., also at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Sunday. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, April 27, 2009 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
