CRABTREE -- Eugene Crabtree - (October 1938 - April 2009) Former Albuquerque High School educator Gene Crabtree passed away April 20, 2009 in Denver, CO. He was a devoted husband, brother, father, grandfather and dear friend to us all. He is survived by his wife and sweetheart of 31 years Susan; brother Eric Crabtree; daughters Sonrisa Crabtree, Arianne Carroll and husband Chris, Leah Granfield, Nisse Edwards and husband Darryl; grandchildren Douglas and Jaylen Case, Brelin and Sydney Carroll. He is also survived by so many cherished friends that he made along the way and never forgot. Gene brightened our days with his smile and unique character. He will be greatly missed!
