GARCIA -- Marty P. Garcia, 51, resident of Albuquerque, passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2009. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Sally Garcia; sons, Marty Jr. and Fabian Garcia; grandchildren, Bella, Joseph, and Allysa Garcia; sisters, Carmen Haddock and Anna Clum and husband, Jarod; mother and father-in-law, Mike and Porfiria Andozola; brothers and sisters-in-law, Patsy Carrassco and husband, Abel, Elsie Zambrano, and Mike Andozola Jr.; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by brother, Ronnie Garcia. Marty served four years in the Naval Reserve on USS Simon Lake, and was a 20 year employee of Bernalillo, County where he made many friends. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and will be dearly missed. A Rosary will be recited Monday, February 16, 2009, 6:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, Lomas Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, February 17, 2009, 9:00 a.m. at Shrine of St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 1800 Martha St. NE.
