CECIL -- Helen H. Cecil, 85, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on January 30, 2009. Mrs. Cecil is survived by her sister-in-law, Ferminia Gonzales; her nieces and nephews, Michael Gonzales and wife, Lugie, Cippie Chavez and husband, Lawrence, Benny Gonzales Jr. and wife, Connie, Mary Rivas and husband, Richard, and Margaret Madrid and husband, Leonard; grandnieces and grandnephews, Frank Gonzales and wife, Michelle, John Gonzales and wife, Michaela, Monica Rivas, Donna Gonzales, Kelliann Murphy and husband, Rob, Vincent Rivas and wife, Renee, Michelle Chavez and husband, Dennis, and Gina Prieto and husband, Ronnie; her cousins, Irene Blea and husband, Charles, Frank Gonzales (Sonny), and Hilario Gonzales (Blackie); and many other extended family members. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 3, 2009 from 8:00 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco Dr. SW, with a Rosary to be recited at 8:30 a.m. by Dorothy and Lorraine. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 9:00 a.m. at the Church, Franciscan Friar, presider. Interment will follow at Santa Clara Cemetery.
