MORRIS -- Christopher L. "Chris" Morris, 32, born September 3, 1976, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family, Tuesday, December 30, 2008 after a long fought battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife, Meredith; his daughters, Emily, Lexus, and baby Sakari. His parents Joe and JoAnn Morris; only brother, Phil Morris, all of Albuquerque; also numerous relatives and many friends. A Rosary will be recited Friday, January 9, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. Mass will be celebrated Saturday, January 10, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 4020 Lomas Blvd NE. Reception to follow at Church Hall. Interment will follow reception at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd NE. at 1:00 p.m. Special thanks to everyone at UNM Cancer and Research Center, all the Angels at Ambercare Hospice, and all who kept him in their thoughts, and prayers. Chris was a wonderful father, husband, son, and big brother. His children were the light in his life and his smile was unforgettable. He touched many hearts and will be missed by all.
