WILCOX -- Bonnie Lorene Wilcox, God's gift to us, our loving mother, returned to God on Saturday, January 3, 2009. Bonnie was born Thursday, September 13, 1922 in Breckinridge, TX. When she was six years old, the family moved to Royal Oak, MO due to the start of the depression. In 1937, the family moved to Albuquerque where her dad and four brothers started Morris and Sons Carpentry. At the age of 14, Bonnie met and married Max Wilcox on June 8, 1937. She is survived by her children, Earl Wilcox and wife, Jodie of Sutherlin, OR, Helen M. Burson and husband, Chester of Albuquerque, Cecil Wilcox and wife, Bonnie of MO, Donald Wilcox and wife, Wilma of Albuquerque, and Gary Wilcox of NV; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren. Also surviving are her brothers, Emons Morris of Paris, MO, Donnie Morris of West Plain, MO; and sister-in-law, Ellen Morris of Thomasville, MO. Friends may visit French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, Tuesday, January 6, 2009 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Pastor Neil Foerster will conduct Graveside Services, Wednesday, January 7, 2009, 11:00 a.m., at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menual Blvd. NE. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to Bible Baptist Shepherd, 1105 S. Miller, Farmington, NM 87401.
