MARCHBANKS -- Diana Marie Marchbanks, 67, a lifelong resident of New Mexico, passed away Wednesday, November 26, 2008. She is survived by her partner Cody Keeler; children Jenine Brock of Gallup, Calvin Crowder and wife Lynne of Austin, TX, Shannon Crowder and wife Kelley of Williamsburg, Misty Crowder-Smith of Jarales; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Ms. Marchbanks served her community in many ways over the years, most prominently as Sierra County Treasurer and emergency foster parent for the state of New Mexico. She was a loving mother and grandmother, and had many friends. A Service to celebrate her life will be held Saturday, December 6, 2008 in Truth or Consequences at the Ken James Center on 4th Street.
