BAYNE -- William "Bill" Bayne, a resident of Albuquerque for the last 34 years died after a long illness. Bill was born on February 10, 1929 in Boston, MA. He was the son of the late William Bayne and Margaret Macgill Bayne of Westwood, MA and Brookville, NY. He graduated from St. George's School in Newport, RI. and attended Yale University. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict. He is survived by his wife, of 36 years, Elizabeth Shellabarger Bayne; his children Cynthia Bayne of Chandler, AZ his son William Bayne Jr. of Tucson, AZ; and a sister, Margaret Wall of Vero Beach, FL. Memorial Services will be announced at a later time and will be held at the Cathedral Church of St. John, 318 Silver SW, Albuquerque, NM.
