KEMPER -- Shirley V. Kemper, age 86, of Albuquerque, passed away Saturday, November 1, 2008. Shirley lived her life for the Lord and her family. She was always known as a person who always put others needs in front of her own. Shirley was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years and the love of her life, Jack A. Kemper. She lived her life in accordance with Prov. 31:25, 28-29. Shirley is survived by two daughters, Patt Ellsworth and husband Bob, Kris Shine; grandchildren, Ryan and wife Annjanette, Seth Ellsworth and wife Jill, Katie Call and husband Dennis, Mary Herrera and husband Gary, Kathy Shine, Marcello Shine, Joey Shine, Amanda Shine, and Ramon Shine; great-grandsons, Asa and Jacob Call, Nehemiah Ellsworth, and Jordan Herrera; and her sister, Lorraine Benson. A funeral service will be held Friday, November 7, at 10:30 AM, at French Mortuary Westside Chapel with her grandson, Pastor Seth Ellsworth officiating, with a reception to follow also at the mortuary.
