MACKEL -- Adeline Mackel Born in Las Vegas, NM November 1, 1913, died peacefully at her home in Santa Fe the afternoon of October 28, 2008. She was preceded in death by her spouse, Louis C. (Bill) Mackel Jr., and son, Louis C. Mackel III; parents Governor Ezequiel C' de Baca and Margarita C' de Baca; brothers: Adolfo, Horacio and Alfonso C' de Baca; sisters: Margarita Martinez, Celia Redman, Hortensia Maes, and Natalia Madrid. She is survived by sister, Alice Jones of Kona, HI; sons, Donald Mackel (wife Sharon) of Albuquerque, Paul Mackel of San Leandro, CA, Lawrence Mackel of Tuscon, AZ; daughters-in-law: Cindy and Linda Mackel of Tucson and Westminster, CO; grandchildren: Scott, Derek, Brenda, Alisa and Austin Mackel and Lora Khoury; great-grandchildren: Haley and Nicole Mackel and Sophia and Gabriel Khoury; nieces and nephews: Carmen Alvarez, Michael Redman, Patricia Rivera, Margaret Mae Sena, Bernadette Mora, Lionel Madrid, Michael Madrid, Margarita Armijo and Cynthia Dorr; and numerous other family and friends. You will always be with me, my tia, Jesse. A Visitation will be held Monday, November 3, 2008, 6 p.m. at Berardinelli Family Chapel with a Rosary to follow at 7 p.m. A Mass will be Celebrated Tuesday, November 4, 2008, 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe with Burial to follow at Rosario Cemetery.
