DURAN -- Ignacio Nash Duran was born May 12, 1944, in Las Vegas, NM. He passed away Sunday, September 14, 2008 at the age of 64. Born in Las Vegas, NM he moved to Albuquerque at the age of eight years old. Nash was a lifelong residence of South Valley and was a devoted Dallas Cowboy fan. He was a graduate of Albuquerque High School, served in the National Guard and was a Coach at the South Valley Little League for many years. Nash was preceded in death by his mother, Agneda Duran; his father, Eutimio Duran and by his brothers, Ricardo Duran and Johnny Duran. He is survived by his sons, Joseph Duran and wife Yvonne, Benjamin Duran and wife Dinnene and Juan Duran; grandchildren, Nicole, Benjamin, Angela and Matthew Duran; sisters, Isabel Serna and husband Herman and Adelia Castro; brothers, Paul Duran and wife Alice, Eutimio Duran Jr. and wife Connie and many nieces, nephews, family and friends that loved and will miss him. Services will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1860 Griegos NW. A Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, September 17, at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, September 18, 2008 9:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 1900 Edith Blvd NE, Arrangements by Direct Funeral Services, 2919 4th St. NW. ABQ. 505-343-8008
