KLENTSCHY -- Marguerite (Margo) A. Klentschy of Albuquerque, NM passed away peacefully at Casa De Rosa Assisted Living after a prolonged illness at the age of 80, on August 30, 2008. She was born in Lakewood, OH on October 20, 1927 to Alfred and Adele Fellabom. She graduated from Seminole High School, Seminole, OK May 24, 1945. Margo was married to Kenneth Karl Klentschy on March 11, 1946 in Bernalillo, NM and was married for 54 years. After 20 years of service, she retired from the Atomic Energy Commission, Kirtland Air Force Base. Preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Klentschy; parents, Alfred Fellabom and Adele Mischke; and brother, Curtis Fellabom. Survived by five daughters, Karlyn (husband Ray) McPartlin of Reno, NV, Janice Carrier of San Jose, CA, Kenda (husband Jay) Cornell of Albuquerque, NM, Paula Geisler of Green Isle, MN, and Kayle (husband Dave) Moore of Albuquerque;12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren. Margo enjoyed fishing, hunting, traveling, creative crafts, spending time with her family and friends, and was a member of Eastern Star. Honoring Margo's wishes, no services will be held. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made in memory of Margo Klentschy to Casa De Rosa Assisted Living, 10127 Guadalupe Trail NW, Albuquerque, NM, 87114 or to the Barrett House Women's Shelter, 10300 Constitution NE, Albuquerque, NM 87112. The family wishes to sincerely thank Rudy, Steve, and Pinon, and all the staff members of Casa De Rosa Assisted Living and the Hospice of the Sandias, for the loving care they provided to Margo during her final days.
