WARD -- James Patrick Ward III, a resident of Rio Rancho, NM, went to be with our Lord on Thursday, May 29, 2008. He was born October 26, 1943, in Joliet, Illinois, where he attended Joliet Catholic High. He moved to New Mexico to attend school at the College of Santa Fe, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree. The major portion of Jim's career was starting and working in his own business. He was a partner in Ink Impressions, a local manufacturer of custom business forms. He went on to become a distributor with his own company, Forms West. Jim had been a member of the Albuquerque Rotary Club where he developed many long-term friendships. Jim really enjoyed New Mexico especially boating and fishing. His passion was golf! He was a longtime member of the Chamisa Hills Country Club where he made many close friends. Surviving are his wife Elizabeth; sons, James P. Ward IV and Richard Faris; daughters, Christine Pare and Patricia Chen; grandchildren, Fenton Pare and Hogan Chen; sister, Ellen Barker; uncle, Frank Doyle; nieces and nephews, Jessica Jurgel, Michelle Carey, Kevin Carey, Sean Carey and Tracy Carey. A Memorial Service will be held at the First Baptist Church of Rio Rancho, 3906 19th Ave. SE in Rio Rancho, NM, on Thursday, June 5, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. Arrangements by Direct Funeral Services, 2919 4th St. NW.
