SALAZAR -- Gino Salazar, 31, unexpectedly passed away on Monday, March 24, 2008. He was preceded in death by his Uncle Jimmy. Gino is survived by his wife, Peggy; his three daughters, Maria, Kimberly, and Kayla; his son, Isaac; his mother, Kathy; his brother, T.J Montano and wife, Pumpkin; brother, Danny Salazar and wife, Jobena; brother-in-law, Pete Chavez; and sister-in-law, Elena and husband, Lawrence Gurule; nephews, John John, Lody, Angelo, Santiago, Elijiah, and Alec; nieces, Gabrielle,Delilah, Savanna, Savannah, and Mia; and Goddaughter, Felicity. Gino was a long time resident of Albuquerque. He was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend. Gino loved to go fishing, giving tattoos, and spending time with his family. He had a great sense of humor, a loving smile, and was willing to lend a helping hand when ever needed. He was a master stone mason. He loved to play video games and was a little kid at heart. Gino will be truly missed by his family and friends. Viewing Services will be held Thursday, March 27, 2008, at 5:00 p.m. at French Mortuary 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE. Mass will be held Friday, March 28, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. also at French Mortuary. He will be laid to rest at Mt. Calvary. Pallbearers will be John John Garcia, Lody Gurule, Gilbert Garcia, Michael Romero, Ralphie Romero, Ray Marquez. Honorary Pallbearers, Lawrence Gurule, Angelo Montano, David Chavez, and David Salazar.
