GREENE -- Nioma F. Greene, 77, a resident of Albuquerque since 1935, joined her loving husband of 52 years, Durward Greene, on Monday, January 21, 2008. She is survived by her children, Glynda Greene, Linda Jablonski, and Donald Greene and wife, Lucy, all of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Jennifer Stanforth and husband, Rick, Odetha Hill and husband, Jack, and Robert Jablonski and wife, Martha, Stephanie Summers and husband, Chad, and Juliette Crandall and husband, Orlando Gonzalez; great-grandsons, Steven Ashcraft, Adrian Gonzalez, and Jack Wayne Hill IV; brothers, Raymond M. Caster and wife, Esther, and Clifford A. Caster and wife, Sarah; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. She was born on January 27, 1930 in Ft. Sumner, NM to Emmett and Edna Caster. After raising her three children, Nioma returned to and graduated from Albuquerque High in 1972. She was a loving and caring mother and grandmother who was fiesty and full of life, had a good sense of humor and never knew a stranger. Nioma will be missed by all who knew her. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, January 26, 2008, 10:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel. Interment will follow at Sandia Memory Gardens.
