TAGGART -- Mrs. Jean Marian Taggart, born December 11, 1923, passed away on Thursday, March 29, 2007. She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, James C. Taggart. Jean is survived by her daughter, Karen Campbell, MD and husband Homer of Albuquerque, NM; her son Steve Taggart, MD and wife Tristan of Escondido, CA; and her three grandchildren, Rachel Kelly, Sean Taggart and Bryan Taggart of California. Jean was born in Buffalo, NY. She was a physical education teacher in Indianapolis, IN prior to the birth of her daughter. Jean has been a resident of Albuquerque, NM for 50 years. For many of those 50 years, Jean was a substitute and companion teacher with the Albuquerque Public Schools. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2007, at 3:00 p.m., at Saint Andrew's Presbyterian Church, 5301 Ponderosa Avenue, NE. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Jean's name to a Parkinson's Research Foundation of your choice. Sweet be their rest, And gentle be their sleeping. God's way is best - They are in His Keeping.
