GEOFFRION -- William M. Geoffrion, 76, longtime resident of Albuquerque, went home to be with the Lord Saturday, March 31, 2007. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Carmen Geoffrion; two sons, Richard Geoffrion and Paul Geoffrion and wife, Denise; four daughters, Patricia Morton and husband, Jon, Cathy Baca and husband, Bernie, Barbara Lerma and husband, Phillip, and Susan Case, and husband, Curtis; 15 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and his sister, Margaret Chavez and husband, Pasqual of Los Alamos, NM. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfonso and Ella Geoffrion; and a brother, Sonny. Bill was a past president of Rio Grande Lions Club and faithfully served as an usher at Immaculate Conception Church for over 30 years. He was a loving and dedicated husband, father and grandfather and will be deeply missed by everyone he touched. A Rosary will be recited Tuesday, April 3, 2007, 7:00 p.m. at French Mortuary University Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, April 4, 2007, 10:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with interment to follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Friends and family are invited to attend a reception at Catholic Charismatic Center, 1412 5th St NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102 following interment.
