SETTLE -- Helen Marie Vancil Settle, born February 8, 1912, in Cape Girardeau, MO to Rolla Arthur and Mary Ellen Davis Vancil, died February 19, 2007, in Albuquerque, NM. She is survived by three daughters, Gail Rebecca of Albuquerque, NM, Jeane Elizabeth Strub of Los Alamos, NM, and Dega Marie Patterson and husband, Donald, of Albuquerque, NM; four grandchildren, Tiffany L. and Natalie R. Strub and Brian C. and Scott K. Patterson. She was an R.N. at Lovelace Bataan Hospital. At her request, there will be no public service. Private family observance will be held at a later date.
