BACH -- Miriam L. Bach, 80, died unexpectedly at her home on Sunday, February 11, 2007. She was born April 5, 1926 in Newton, IA to Pearl A. and Lena Ryan Haifleigh. Family was very important to Miriam and gave her great joy. She was a loving caregiver to both her parents, her husband, and her son-in-law, Robbie for many years. She is survived by her children: Carolyn Butler and husband, Dan of Stanley, Cathy Stubblefield of Edgewood, Ray Bach and wife, Ronay of Canyon, TX, and Carmen Wolfe and husband, Eric of Appleton, WI; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren; and many wonderful friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Bach in 1982. Traveling, shopping and gardening were some of her activities. She retired from First National Bank. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 14, 2007, 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd., NE. Services will be Thursday, February 15, 2007, 10:00 a.m. at Chester T. French Memorial Mausoleum Chapel, 924 Menaul Blvd., NE. Entombment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Baxter Congregational United Church of Christ, P. O. Box 38, Baxter, IA 50028 or to Jasper County Historical Society, P. O.
