HARLEY -- Frances M. Harley, 67, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 15, 2006. This April she was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Robert A. Harley. She was also preceded in death by an infant daughter; and two brothers; and three sisters. She is survived by her loving and devoted daughter, Sonia Vernon of Albuquerque; and her grandchildren, Nicholas and Zachary Vernon. Also surviving Frances is her brother, Bruce Wiggins and his wife, Marsha of Los Lunas; and her sister, Lavenia Page and husband, Jeff of Edgewood, NM; brother, Earl Wiggins and wife, Catherine of Ashville, NC; and many nieces and nephews. Frances was born and raised in Bryson City, NC and was a graduate of Swain County High School. Upon graduation she moved to Albuquerque and worked for KAFB for many years. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 21, 2006 at Sandia Baptist Church, 9424 Constitution NE, with Pastor Clark Henderson officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE.
