BURNS -- Kenneth James Burns, Jr. age 66, passed away on Friday, November 3, 2006. Kenneth retired from the Santa Fe railroad in 1995. He enjoyed snow-skiing, flying and hunting, but most of all he enjoyed children. He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Burns; his son, Tracy Burns; and his grandson, Rocky Burns. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Sylvia Paden-Burns of Jarales; his daughter, Sherry Hamilton of Belen; and grandchildren, Renee and Daniel Hamilton of Belen, Amber Dawn Burns of Colorado, Melissa Hatten of Georgia, Destiny Jewel Burns of Nevada; one brother, Leroy Burns of Albuquerque; and one sister, Shirley Dandois of Albuquerque; special niece, Zanderia Kerns and her husband, Joshua of Belen; and many loving nieces, nephews, and friends. Services will be at Romero Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, November 7, 2006, beginning with a visitation at 2:30 p.m. followed by a Memorial Service at 3:00 p.m. Romero Funeral Home, 609 N.
