TORRES -- Eva "Esther" Torres, 94, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, went home to be with our Lord on Wednesday, October 25, 2006. She is survived by her children, Andrew Torres, Helen Miller and husband, Leroy, Betty Sedillo and husband, George, Joe C. Torres and wife, Lucy, Adelina Torres, Isidoro Torres, Jr. and wife, Philomena and Frank Torres and wife, Maria; 18 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; sisters, Carlota Espinosa, Barbara Aragon, Frances Lucero and husband, Avelino and Criselda Saavedra and husband, Miguel; brothers, Ciriaco Gallegos and wife, Agida and Nabor O. Gallegos; and relative, George Baca. Mrs. Torres was preceded in death by her husband, Isidoro Torres and son, Domitilio Torres. Rosary will be recited Friday, 7:00 p.m., at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 5310 Claremont NE, with Miguel and Criselda Saavedra reciting. Mass will be celebrated Saturday, 10:00 a.m., at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Freddie Sedillo, Rick Cotinola, Chris Torres, Ray Torres, A.C. Rodriguez, and Adam Torres. Friends may visit Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, Friday, one hour prior to Rosary.
