JONES -- Kathryn P. Jones (Katy), 83, followed an angelic path on Tuesday, October 10, 2006. She is survived by daughter, M. Francie Stevens, daughter-in-law Alison C. Jones, two grandsons: Trevor S. M. Stevens, Matthew A. Jones and his wife Yvette, two granddaughters: Kelsey K. G. Stevens, Lindsay A. Graff and her husband Joe, one great grandson: Pierce A. Jones, sister Carmen M. Vaughn, brother Gaylyn A. Maxson, four nephews: Robert M. Vaughn, Jr., Richard W. Vaughn, Jay L. Maxson and Gaylyn A. Maxson, Jr., 1 niece: Debi K. Clark. Her many relatives, friends and "angels" should also know that they are remembered and loved. She is preceded in death by sons: G. Allen Jones, Jr., Gaylyn F. Jones and Raymond L. Jones and their father Gene A. Jones. Kathryn was born in Woodward, OK on March 6, 1923. Kathryn was an interior decorator, professional seamstress and design innovator. A kind and gentle soul, she will be remembered for her shining smile, generosity, and unconditional love for her family and friends. If the "Bookmark Lady" seems familiar, it is because she would distribute bookmarks for the simple price of a smile. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. The Memorial Services will be held Monday, October 16, 2006, 10 a.m. at French Mortuary Chapel, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE. Ennichement will follow at Sandia Memory Gardens.
