DUGAN -- Joseph "Joe" Dugan, "King of the Road", 67, a resident of Farmington, NM since 1967, died Friday, September 15, 2006. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Dorothy Dugan; daughter, Liz Jacobs and husband, Mitch; son, Joseph Timothy Dugan, all of Farmington; grandchildren, Seaman Autumn Killgore, stationed in Norfolk, VA, Joseph Killgore of Portsmouth, VA, Amber Killgore, Summer Popplewell, and Christopher Hutchinson, all of Farmington; sister, Gloria A. Scarcell of Albuquerque; brother, John W. Dugan and wife, Ann of Downey, CA; aunt, Frances Van Kirk of Albuquerque; and a large extended family. Mr. Dugan was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Dennis M. Scarcell. He owned and operated Dugan Trucking until he retired in 2000. Joseph was a member of Kirtland Catholic Center. He had been a champion sprint car racer. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Rosary will be recited 10:30 a.m. with a Memorial Mass at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 20, 2006, at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary, 5415 Fortuna Rd. NW, Albuquerque, NM; Rev. Roberto Fenzi, O. Praem, will celebrate. Services in Farmington will be scheduled at a later date. Should friends desire, contributions may be made in his memory to Four Corners Dialysis Center, 801 West Broadway, Farmington, NM 87401.
