VALLEJOS-ORTEGA -- AURORA Mrs. Aurora Vallejos-Ortega, 87, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on July 25, 2006 peacefully at home in the arms of her loving family and is now in heaven with our Lord. Mrs. Vallejos-Ortega is the beloved mother to JoAnn Bingham and husband, Robert and George Vallejos and wife, Sharon. Mrs. Vallejos-Ortega is also survived by her four sisters, Faustina Reyes, Josephine Gabaldon, Lucy Cordova, and Helen Salas and husband, Joe; five sisters-in-law, Alice Garcia, Angelica Sanchez, Adelaida Vallejos, Annie Gabaldon, and Helen Gabaldon; five grandchildren, Aurora Griego, Cindo Griego and wife, Marlene, Destinie, Wyatt, and Isaac Vallejos; three great-grandchildren, Alliah, Elena, and Rayanna Griego; a special friend, Leonard Marquez; and numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Manuel Vallejos and Benjamin Ortega; a daughter, Mary Vallejos; and a son, Willie Vallejos. Mrs. Vallejos-Ortega was a member of the Catholic Church, the Sacred Heart League and the Choir. Aurora will be missed by all who knew her, especially her friends at Los Comprades Restaurant. A visitation will be Thursday evening at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco SW, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by the Sacred Heart League. Final visitation will be Friday morning from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Cindo Griego, Pat Cordova, Alfred Gabaldon, Leonard Marquez, Roland Sanchez, and Robert Chavez. Arrangements by: Gabaldon Mortuary 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW 243-7861
