SCHORR -- Frank A. Schorr, 96, passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2006. He was born December 24, 1909 in Brooklyn, NY, a son of William and Philomena Schorr. He worked for New Mexico Timber Co. and later was a partner with his two brothers, John and William with Schorr Bros. Trucking. In 1954, he went to work for the Bureau of Indian Affairs in Gallup. He retired from the BIA in 1976. He was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine. He leaves one son, Richard and his wife, Carol; grandsons, Ron and wife, Kelly, Eric; and great-grandchildren, Ryan and Alexis. He is also survived by his brother, William. He led a very interesting life and will be dearly missed. The Holy Rosary will be recited Saturday, June 17, 2006 at 5:00 p.m. at French Mortuary-Westside Chapel, where friends may visit one hour prior. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated, Monday, June 19, 2006 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 1502 Sara Rd., Rio Rancho. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
