RAUCH -- Kristin Rauch, 53, of Placitas passed away April 27, 2006, in Albuquerque. She was born in Washington, D.C. on June 4, 1952, to C. Stanley and Jean I. Rauch. Kristin's higher education included: baccalaureate and master degrees in Art Education from the University of New Mexico and a doctorate from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She was a professor at UNC-Charlotte, and professor and associate dean at SUNY-New Paltz. Kristin is the director of fine arts for Rio Rancho Public Schools and an adjunct professor at UNM. She married Richard Reif in 1983. Kristin is survived by her husband, Richard; mother, Jean I. Rauch; brother, Eric Rauch; son, Richard Reif II and his wife Dana; and three grandchildren, Amber, Samantha, and Richard Joseph Reif III. The family plans a Memorial Celebration to be announced at a later date. Flowers: we grow them, we buy them, please don't send them.
