BARBER -- James E. "Jimmy" Barber, 59, a resident of Albuquerque, passed on Monday, April 17, 2006. He is survived by his mother, Patty Malquist of Albuquerque; sister, Kathy Prinze of Albuquerque; nephew, Freddie Prinze Jr. and wife, Sarah of Los Angeles, CA; dear friend, Henry Milliron of TX; and numerous other family members and close friends. Jimmy was born in Elkins, WV on January 10, 1947 and entered the United States Army at age 17. He served proudly for two tours in Vietnam. Jimmy was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend to many and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Cremation has taken place and burial of cremated remains will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery on Friday, April 21, 2006, 11:30 a.m. followed by a memorial service at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE at 3:30 p.m. with Pastor Rick Donaho officiating.
