LOY -- Richard H. "Dick" Loy passed away on April 8, 2006 after a lengthy illness. A long-time New Mexico resident, he served in the Air Force during WWII. Upon returning to New Mexico, he became the successful business owner of Loy Plumbing and Heating. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Marvelle Mills Loy; his children and grandchildren, Sharon King and daughters, Kelly and Michelle, Carol and Rob Roberts and sons, Scott and Chris, Sandy and Andy Ortery and children ,Debbie and Kenny, David and Cheryl Loy and daughter, Sara; his step-children, Marvelle and Roger Lewis and children, Susan Lewis, M.D., Elise Kosmicki, Steve Taylor, Guy and Trudy Wilson and son, Wade, Patricia Wilson, Lewis Wilson; a sister, Maxine Henning and husband, Ralph, and niece, Charlene; and many friends and business associates who were important to him. Before his illness, Mr. Loy enjoyed traveling, gardening and spending time with his grandchildren at their ball games and other activities.
