CORTEZ -- Eduardo Cortez, 78, died Monday, April 3, 2006. He is survived by his sister, Elvira Lopez of Gallup, NM and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Cortez. Eduardo was born in Gallup, NM on May 14, 1927 and spent most of his life in Chicago where he worked as a television repairman. A rosary will be held at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE on Saturday, April 9, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at the Shrine of St. Bernadette, 11401 Indian School Road, NE on Monday, April 10, 2006, 9:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery French Mortuary 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE 275-3500
