HANCOCK -- Wayne Hancock, 79, a resident of Albuquerque, NM since 1946, died Monday, March 27, 2006 at his home following a brief illness. He is survived by his daughters, Kellie Hancock and Tracey Hancock of Albuquerque; son, Patrick Hancock of Rio Rancho; granddaughters, Ashley Hancock and Autumn Rodriguez of Albuquerque and Shaylyn Hancock of Rio Rancho; stepdaughters, Christie Dunblazier and husband, Dennis Kodman of Phoenix, AZ, Lynn Gabriel of West Hollywood, CA and Tracee Dunblazier of Los Angeles, CA and niece, Mary Eileen Hancock of Santa Fe, NM. Wayne was preceded in death by his wife, Audrey. Born in Littlefield, TX, he lived in Clayton, NM prior to moving to Albuquerque. He served in the U.S. Army from May, 1945 until December, 1946. Wayne was employed by Sandia Laboratories for 39 years. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, March 31, 2006, 3:00 p.m., at his home, 5904 Pojoaque NE, Albuquerque.
