SWENSON -- Grace Margaret, 92, a 15 year resident of Albuquerque, died Thursday, March 9, 2006. She was born on March 7, 1914 in Ft. Benton, Montana to Dr. and Mrs. Charles S. Houtz. She is survived by her daughters, Kathleen Westley and husband, Curt, of Albuquerque, Virginia Cleavenger and husband, Paul, of Kinston, NC, Margaret Cole and husband, Gary, of Plano, TX; 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; sister, Juanita Foust of Ft. Defiance, WA. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Ralph Swenson, daughter, Lornell Wells, grandson, Bryan Westley, sister, Ellen Sawyer, brothers, Earl Houtz and Charles Houtz. Mrs. Swenson was a member of St. John's United Methodist Church and Chapter AL P.E.O. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m., Monday, March 13, 2006 at St. John's United Methodist Church, 2626 Arizona NE with Rev. Clyde Stanfield and Rev. David Edwards, officiating. The family wishes to thank Preferred Hospice for the loving care extended to Margaret and her family.
