MAYES -- Peggy Lou Mayes went to be with our Lord on March 1, 2006. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert B. Mayes, and her beloved son, "Charlie" Marcak. Peggy is survived by her children: M. Lynn Billings and husband, Dr. David Williams; Bob Mayes and wife, Theresa; Charlotte Kirkpatrick and husband, John; Marilyn Morris and husband, Phil; and Michelle Adnan; sisters, Lois Gentry, Katie Lloyd, and her twin sister, Joy Gazzaway. She is also survived by many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Peggy was a person who loved life and lived it to the fullest. She will be greatly missed. Arrangements are being handled by Aspen Funeral Alternatives, 1935 Juan Tabo, NE, Albuquerque, NM. Services will be held at Aspen Funeral Alternatives on Monday, March 6, 2006, at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at 3:00 p.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
