ANDERSON -- Clifford Emil Anderson passed away peacefully at home on Friday, February 24, 2006 at the age of 47 after battling kidney cancer for over a year. Cliff was born on November 13, 1958 in Gary, IN. He worked at UNM/CIRT for 20 years and will be sorely missed by his colleagues. Cliff was a man of many talents and loved by many friends. He was a "Mopar man," a Chicago Bears and NASCAR fan, and loved fishing, hunting, bird dogs, and music. Cliff is survived by his wife of 16 years, Susan Barnes-Anderson; daughter, Emily; stepson, Noah Babcock; brothers, Edwin and Don Anderson of Albuquerque and Jerone Anderson of Chicago Heights, IL; sisters, Dortha Salmon of Park Forrest, IL and Festeen Anderson Fancher of Roswell, GA. Cliff was preceded in death by his loving parents, Lawrence and Mittie (Dunigan) Anderson. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held at Mountainside Church of Christ, 12300 Indian School Rd NE, on Saturday, March 4, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. For all who knew Cliff and his family it will be a celebration of his life on earth and a rejoicing of his eternal life in heaven.
