SCOTT -- Eleanor M. Scott, age 75, of Albuquerque, passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2006 at a local care facility. She was born November 25, 1930 in Gary Hollow, WV to Roy N. and Opal Goad. Mrs. Scott is survived by twin daughters, Jane Scott of Albuquerque and Jo Johnson and husband, Richard of Sunnyvale, TX; son, Roy N. Scott and wife, Elaine of Troy, IL; six grandchildren, Richelle, Chrissy, John, Joanna, Robert, and Mary; five great-grandchildren; sister, Iris Mille; brother, Charles Goad; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Scott married John S. Scott on February 15, 1951; he preceded her in death in 1996 after 45 years of marriage. She was an elementary school teacher, retiring in 1980 after 30 years. Mrs. Scott was an accomplished artist and musician and taught private art lesson from her home studio for many years. Services will be held on Saturday, 1:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel. Interment will take place at a later date in Santa Fe National Cemetery.
