SANCHEZ -- Agnes Sanchez, a resident of Albuquerque since 1938, died Sunday, January 8, 2006. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Mike Sanchez of Albuquerque; children, Sam Sanchez and wife, Bernice, Gilbert Sanchez, Joe B. Sanchez and wife, Angela, all of Albuquerque, and JoAnn Baca and husband, Robert of Lawton, OK; 17 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Candy Moreno, Erma Padilla, Grace Montoya, and Susie Montoya; and many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Richard T. Sanchez. Mrs. Sanchez was a longtime member of St. Anne's Catholic Church. Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, 7:00 p.m., at St. Anne's Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal SW. Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, 9:00 a.m., at St. Anne's Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery, 3:00 p.m. French Mortuary 1111 University Blvd. NE 843-6333
