KARE -- Fayek S. Kare, a resident of Albuquerque for 24 years, passed away Friday, December 23, 2005. He was born Monday, January 1, 1917, in Palestine. He is survived by his sons, Salim Kare and wife, Nuha Kare, of Dallas, TX, Suheil Kare and wife, Lamis Kare, of Albuquerque, NM, Rimon Kare and wife, Maha Kare, of London, UK; daughters, Malakeh Imseis and husband, Manuel Imseis, of New Orleans, LA, Mary Atallah, of Jerusalem, Israel, Rita Imsais and husband, Khalil Imsais, of New Orleans, LA, and Lawrence Nassir and husband, Edward Nassir, of Ramalla, Palestine; 18 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Kare, and son, Hani Kare. Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, December 27, 2005, 1:00 p.m. at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 308 High Street SE with Father Dimitri officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
