Esther was preceded in death by her parents, Candelario Zamora and Della Sisneros; her brothers and sister, Toby Edward Zamora, Debra Duran and Vincent Sisneros Jr. She is survived by her husband, Raymond Romero; son, Steve Whitten; daughter, Joyce Whitten; grandchildren, Destiny Freelong, B.J. Whitten, Junior Garcia, and Angel Garcia; her eight sisters; five brothers; 18 nephews; 12 nieces; one great-niece; Sofia Beaman and husband, Paul of Clovis, Rita Saiz and husband, Louis of Clovis, Ruth Barnhill and husband, Ben of Florida, Thomas Zamora and wife, Marla of Mountainair, Mary Segura and husband, Pat of Clovis, Gabriela Lopez and husband, Gilbert of Albuquerque, Lisa Caldwell and Abe Chavez of Clovis, Manuel Zamora and wife, Jeanette of Albuquerque, Josie Maldonado of Portales, Herman Sisneros of Albuquerque.
