MILLER -- Frederick M. Miller, 71, passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2005 after a brief bout with cancer. Mr. Miller who was born in Charleston, SC retired to Albuquerque after 40 years residence in New York City where he earned the rank of Captain of the Court Officers for the Supreme Court of the State of New York. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Miller, Sr. and Jennie King Miller and several siblings. He is survived and deeply loved by his uncle, James Kelly and his sister, Thelma M.
