BAER -- Roger Vincent Baer, Jr., 56, passed away on Monday, September 26, 2005. Roger was born December 14, 1948 to Roger and Betty Jo Newberry Baer in San Francisco, CA. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Sandra Baer; three children, Stephanie Baer of Rio Rancho, Kristy Barrios and husband, Jesse of Rio Rancho, and David Baer of Albuquerque; step-father, Ed Wentland of California; two sisters, Kathy Branham and husband, Dana of Nevada, Vickie McCahon and husband, Al of California; one brother, Richard Baer and wife, Roby of California; aunts, Margie Ryan and Jean Oberlander of California; five grandchildren, Christopher, Alex, Brandon, Tyler, and Evan. Roger enjoyed being on the golf course, camping, fishing, and being outdoors with his grandchildren and family. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel of Vista Verde Mortuary on Thursday, September 29, 2005 at 3:00 p.m. 4310 Sara Rd. in Rio Rancho.
