ALMASI -- Catherine P. "Sis" Almasi, age 87, of Albuquerque, passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2005 at her home. She was a longtime resident of the Chicago area. Catherine was a loving wife of 61 years to Harold Almasi; mother to Kathleen Peterson and Michael Almasi and wife, Faith; grandmother of, Annie, Amanda, Eric and wife, Kathy; great-grandmother to Joshua & Ryleigh; sister to Rosemary Shaughnessy and Frances Chiarelli, and aunt to many nieces and nephews. Interment will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
