BLOOMFIELD -- Ralph Rodell Bloomfield, a resident of Albuquerque for over sixty years, passed away Saturday, August 6, 2005. He was born in Ft. Scott, KS, October 12, 1916. Rodell enjoyed lifetime membership in Temple Lodge #6 and Carpenter's Union Local #1319. He loved to garden and was never without a special pet dog. He was preceded in death by his wife of over fifty years, Florence Bloomfield. Rodell was the beloved father of Jerry Bloomfield and wife, Gladys, Johnna Yarbrough, Janiece Loveland and husband, Max, and Cathe Collard. He is also survived by his grandchildren, John and Lori Bloomfield; Mark Yarbrough and wife, Andrea; Steve Yarbrough and fiance, Susie Tallman; Bill Yarbrough; Molly Chandler and husband, Christopher; Sally Sloan and husband, Paul; Jonathan Collard, and Ryann Graye; and great-grandchildren, Brian Yarbrough, Scott Yarbrough, and Benjamin Sloan. A Memorial Service will be held at the Masonic Temple Lodge #6, located at 3801 Osuna Rd. NE, Albuquerque, NM (date and time to be announced). Donations may be made in Rodell's memory to the New Mexico Chapter Alzheimer's Association, 9500 Montgomery Blvd. NE 87111.
