PRONOBIS -- Joseph L. Pronobis, 58, passed away at home on Thursday, June 23, 2005 after a short battle with cancer. Joseph was born on March 27, 1947 in Los Angeles, CA to Mitchell and Louise Pronobis. He grew up in Norwalk, CA and Palm Springs, CA where he started his multi-talented career in the arts. He played in bands The Humans and The American Eagle, to name a few, while exploring his talents in graphic arts. Joseph interned under Ansel Adams when he was 27 and pursued a lifetime career as a photographer. Joseph was a loving and caring father to his two children, Michael and Angelina whom he raised with Juanita in Palm Springs, CA. His son is pursuing Joseph's love and talent in music and his daughter is pursuing Joseph's passion in photography. Joseph moved to Albuquerque, NM in April 2000. He continued to explore his passion for the arts through digital and graphic arts as a freelance artist and worked full time since 2001 as a stellar portrait photographer at Kim Jew Photography. Joseph married Connie Root on May 5, 2005 and had many plans and dreams for the future. His passions and dreams will live on through everyone that was touched by his heart. Joseph is survived by his wife, Connie; son, Michael and wife Denise and grandson, Cruz - Palm Springs, CA; daughter, Angelina - Chicago, IL; brother, Mitchell; sisters, Michele and Belinda. Memorial Services will be held on Sunday, July 3, 2005 at sunset at his home. Please contact 288-1145 for more information.
