ELY -- Doris J. Ely passed away on May 17, 2005. Doris was born in Santa Fe on January 15, 1924 to Hilario and Josephine Fisher, and was a lifelong resident of New Mexico. She worked at BCMC and St. Joseph's Hospital for many years as a social services adviser. She is preceded in death by her husband, George, in 1991. She left many dear friends and will be remembered with fondness by all. A Memorial Mass will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 19, 2005 at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 4020 Lomas Blvd. NE, with Father Francis Eggert officiating.
