BIERNER -- Roland B. Bierner went home to be with the Lord on March 13, 2005 at the age of 75. He was born on December 16, 1929 in Monticello, NM. Mr. Bierner was a member of St. Anne's Church Choir. He is survived by his sons, Jimmy Bierner and wife, Eva, Marshall Bierner, and Barry G. Bierner and fiance, Virginia Sigala; daughter, Merlin G. Black and husband, James; brother, George Bierner and wife, Betty; sisters, Gladys Bragg and husband, Gary, and Lela Chavez and husband, Pete and his granddaughter, Raeleen Bierner Garcia and husband, Jeremy. He will be deeply missed by all. A Rosary will be recited on Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday morning at 10:00 a.m. also at St. Anne Catholic Church. Burial will follow at San Jose de Armijo Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Richard Baca, Wayne Artaburn, Patrick Bierner, Frank Nava, Carlos Nava and Richard Nava. Honorary pallbearers will be George Bierner, Pete Chavez and Emilio Chavez.
