GORE -- Linda Dianne Gore of La Jara, NM passed away March 3, 2005. She was born April 18, 1956 to Charles and Judy Darnell in Oceanside, CA. Linda married Larry Gore on August 13, 1994 in St. George, UT. Linda is survived by her loving husband, Larry and grandson, Jacob Sharp of La Jara; parents, Charles Darnell of Rocky Ford, CO and Judy Sheldon of Sacramento, CA; and her stepfather, Bruce Gregory of North Highlands, CA. She has four children, Jennifer Hogue, and Christine (Ed) Hamblin, living in Grand Junction, CO, Carl (Amy) Frandsen, living in Cedar City, UT, and Natasha Frandsen, living in Salt Lake City, UT. Linda was surrounded by the love of her eleven grandchildren; her sisters, Stacy, Robin, and Brenda; her brothers, Mike, Rick, and Scott; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Linda graduated from Southern Utah University in Cedar City, UT in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She was a founding member of the Shepherd of the Hills United Methodist Church in St. George, UT and was an active member from 1994 through 2001. Linda was an active member of the Cuba Presbyterian Church from 2001 until her death and had served as Clerk of Session. Linda's Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. at the Cuba Presbyterian Church. In lieu of flowers, Linda requested that donations be made to the UNM Cancer Research and Treatment Center, the Cuba Presbyterian Church, or the Quality Continuum Hospice.
