WILSON -- Daniel Ross Wilson, born September 4, 1947 in Steubenville, OH, died Sunday, March 6, 2005 at the VA Hospital at 4:20 p.m. after a long illness. Danny was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Zelma Wilson. He is survived by his loving daughter, Moriah Wilson-Barone; dedicated loving friend, Diane Barone; longtime friends, Quentin Rawlins, Susan Brashear and family, Lisa Wilson and Family, Jill Cooper-Ripley, and many, many others. He is also survived by several brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews in Ohio. Danny was an avid Lobos fan, enjoying football season tickets with his family for many years; one of his favorite things was eating at Mannie's Restaurant with his daughter and friends. His kindness and generosity touched the hearts of all who met him. The family would like to thank the loving caring support at the VA hospital, especially the nurses on 4d. Your kindness and care will never be forgotten. Danny will be laid to rest in The Santa Fe National Cemetery on Thursday March 10, 2005 at 10 o' clock a.m.; there will be a celebration to honor his life on Wednesday, March 9, 2005 at 11 o' clock a.m. at Salazar and Son's mortuary.
