GUELFI -- Aido G. Guelfi, Sr., 81, a resident of Albuquerque since 1946 died Saturday, January 29, 2005. He was born in Italy on June 1, 1923. Aido was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Church. He was also a member of the Elk's Club, the Lion's Club, and the Italian American Society. Aido is survived by a daughter, Angela Chiado and her husband, John; a son, Aido G. Guelfi, Jr. and his wife, Lee; four grandchildren, Geneva, Tony, Mia, and Michaelangelo; and a niece, Gina, all of Albuquerque. He was preceded in death by his wife, Emily and a brother, Alfi. A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, February 3, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 4020 Lomas Blvd. NE. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 5800 Lomas Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110.
