MOZADER -- James (Jim) C. Mozader, 72, passed away peacefully with his daughters at his side on January 22, 2005. His loving wife of 50 years, Lorraine, preceded him in death. He is survived by two daughters, Debbie Jaramillo and Diane Paiz; four grandchildren, Stephanie Tombrink and husband, Bill, Kristy Jaramillo, Michelle Jaramillo, and Philip Paiz; one great-grandchild, Joseph Jaramillo. Jim served in the Army during the Korean War. After moving to Albuquerque, he became Maintenance Shop Supervisor for the Department of the Army Reserves Forces. Jim was also Chief Maintenance Sgt. For the Army Reserves, for 38 years, until his retirement in 1993. Services will be held Thursday, January 27, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at Christ Lutheran Church at 7701 Candelaria NE. Burial will be at 2:00 p.m. in Santa Fe at the National Cemetery. The family wishes to thank the Vista Care hospice and Paloma Blanca Nursing facility for all the loving care they gave to Jim during his remaining days.
