DELAO -- Elma M. DeLaO, 78, a resident of Albuquerque, died Friday, January 14, 2005. She is survived by her sons, Chris DeLaO of Albuquerque, George DeLaO and wife Janis of Albuquerque, Richard DeLaO and wife Marti of Ventura County, California; daughter, Yvonne Huisinga and husband Ronald of Phoenix; sister, Mary H. Fava and husband Joe of Rio Rancho; grandchildren, Daniel, Fabian and wife Alicia, Ryan and wife Tyler, Michael, Patrick, Teri, Deanna, Jenna; sister in law, Patsy Garcia; and 16 nieces and nephews. She was employed at the Luby's on Juan Tabo until it closed. She was a loving mother and devoted grandmother who will be missed by her family and friends. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, January 17, 2005 at French Mortuary - Lomas Chapel, 10500 Lomas NE. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 18, 2005 at the Shrine of St. Bernadette, 11401 Indian School NE. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
